Empowering All Students to Excel

Happy Lunar New Year to our Nayatt Families!

“May this new year bring you good health and good fortune.”

 

Ms. McLarnon’s Class doing the Jasmine Flower Dance in Ms. Ducharme’s music class.  All music classes learned this dance.

Mrs. Bertoncini’s library lessons throughout our school.  

Students are sharing their traditions and what they mean.

Good Deeds at Nayatt School:

  • Nayatt School is a Feinstein Leadership School.  We are Nayatt Jr. Scholars.

  • We pledge to support and help our community, especially around feeding the hungry.

  • We often work with TAP IN, our local food bank.  

  • This week, great community service projects have been taking place throughout Nayatt School-Valentine’s for the Barrington Police and Fire from Grade 2, Care Packages above for Meal on Wheels from Kindergarten, Valentine’s for Nursing homes, Gift bages from Grade 3, and more.

Nayatt School Lunch Program:  The menu and order form will be posted towards the end of the Feb. break.  Watch for an email from Mrs. Learned.

BPS/RIDOH Travel Guidance over the February Break:

  • Quarantine for 10 days from the date of return

  • Take a RAPID or PCR test on day 8 or 9 of quarantine, and receive a negative result

  • Return to school/work on day 11 if symptom-free

  • Monitor for symptoms through day 14
